I always thought that the Kent area was quite flat but after crossing the South Downs with a number of "Ball Breaker" climbs I now have a different point of view.
Amusingly the DA crew seem to take great delight in setting tantalizing signs along the road side informing us that we are "Almost There".
We eventually arrive in Dover at approx. 3.45 p.m. More than a little tired with 100 miles safely negotiated. I must admit that todays ride was tough & has possibly been the most physically demanding thing I have ever done.
