Woke early this morning at 5.00 am had a shower &
breakfast by 6.15 am, checked the kit & bike for todays 90+ mile ride by 6.45 am, had our briefing from the Discover Adventure team at 7.15 am. First wave of our 150 strong group hit the road at 7.30 am - I am in the second wave - 10 minutes later. "Excited & Nervous" all rolled into one - brilliant
