Day 2 - Dieppe to Lisieux - A Quite Evening

The Grand Hotel de l'Esperance was pretty good - food was nice & the room comfortable - just as-well after 97 miles in the saddle. With Mike too crook to party & me feeling a little tired it was a couple of beers & a wonder around for 1/2 hour before hitting the sack & falling asleep to a few tunes on the Ipod.

I was woken in the night to the muffled sound of rock music - I wondered who was partying at 3.00 a.m. in the morning & boy would they suffer on tomorrows ride - when I realized that I had fallen asleep with the Ipod still playing & the earphones had fallen out into the bed - Doh!
