We were greeted this morning with a chilly, damp grey looking Dieppe at 6.00 a.m. as it had rained heavy during the night. After breakfast, the rain had all but stopped & it was time to check out my trusty steed [after the crossing from England]. Everything was in order with the brakes, gears & tubs so a quick whizz around the sea front was in order - now I was ready, the DA crew gave us our daily briefing & a warning of potential punctures during today's ride, then we were off. The 1st picture shows everyone checking out their bikes & our hotel is the brown one in the background. The 2nd picture is a "Castle?" overlooking Dieppe.
